Moonwell Chalice bug - apply hotfix #4228

How to reproduce: Equip Moonwell Chalice - use it and get 1700 mastery Unequip Moonwell Chalice - equip any other trinket (or literally just take it off) and the buff persists and cannot be disabled with right click.

How it should work: [Hotfix] (https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/news/3019413/) (2011-09-08): Moonwell Chalice should no longer grant its mastery rating bonus when the activating player unequips it. After unequipping it the buff (on-use) should disappear.
