Quest: "Draconic Mending" - Twighlight Highlands Bug

Description: In the quest "Draconic Mending" https://www.wowhead.com/quest=27505/draconic-mending the NPCs "Vermillion Mender" https://www.wowhead.com/npc=45746/vermillion-menders-defended are not there or disappear directly if you see them.

How to reproduce: Just take the quest from Velastrasza https://www.wowhead.com/npc=45522/velastrasza and go to a big red dragon or try to find those NPCs... You will see, that there are nonr of them or they will disappear directly .. No way to finalize the quest.

How it should work: In fact there should be several NPC walking around and go to one of the big red dragons. Then they begin to heal those and the player has to defend them by killing twighlight dragons. If the player passes, one quest target is cleared.
