2 weeks ago can confirm, several players having issue with this quest. they have it completed but they are unable to find the npc to turn in.

2 weeks ago can confirm, several players having issue with this quest. they have it completed but they are unable to find the npc to turn in.
Description: While attempting the quest, The Binding, I have found that either PRiestess Lorthuna will not transform if she is interrupted or stunned during her "big attack" wind up, but also after killing her there is meant to be a cutscene that does not play, and then the instance phases, but Earthcaller Torunscar is not there to turn the quest in. I have made sure add ons are disabled.
How to reproduce: Attempt the quest "The Binding" while attacking her, as a fire mage i was able to use the Proc on Fireblast to stun her and prevent hte transformation into an elemental, but also after killing her, while the instance phases, the only person who remains in the area is the Innkeeper
How it should work: After killing Priestess Lorthuna, a cutscene should play, Maruut is killed, after the cutscene, Torunscar can be seen looking over Maruut's body and is availible for turn in.
