Raptor Hatchling in northern barrens is bugged #6267

Description: The raptor is not spawning at all, been here a couple of times never showed up and ive been to the cave, basilisk place, troll place etc

How to reproduce:

How it should work: at some point a raptor lashing should spawn that gives a quest Favored skull
