Today I checked this boss again, after I saw it got 'fixed' in changelog. The following happened: I had to redo the trash 12 time, to spawn this random boss (1 of 6 possible). I noticed the levers on the wall had 'gear-icon' so useable. I used the levers when the boss reached the desired HP to spawn the adds. The purple lightning came and wiped all adds. So far so good. When it came to the very last lever, the adds all died. BUT! I had ZERO achievment completed... The boss didnt die, and still attacked me on 1 HP and I couldnt press anything ot harm him. He killed me eventually - the achivement failed. When I re-entered to try again, along side with a GM I called to see, the levers ( there is 5 inside total) doesnt NOT RESET. So If you use up 3 of 5 for the 1st kill attempt, you will have 2 left only, but you need 3 levers clicked since there are 3 boss HP splits during the encounter. Please look into this again, thanks!

Description: The achivement in Glory of the Hero called: Dehydration not working. When you roll Ichoron in Violet Hold Heroic, he spawns adds which the achievement requires you to kill with clicking on one of the switches on the wall. The switches (any of them) are not working = not possible to click on them (no gear icon when you move mouse over them). Therefore you cannot kill all the adds, like you can see in the linked VIDEO!
How to reproduce:
Fix the switches to be clickable and working as intended. How it should work:
