[Tauren] Starting with spell Wrath, race skill and passives learned #15

Description: When creating a new Tauren char you receive Wrath and normal tauren racial spell and passives

**How to reproduce:

  1. Create any tauren char (bug is present with both genders)
  2. Observe in Classless book that they are selected**

How it should work: nothing learned that is selectable from the Classless book
