[Warrior] Shield Slam has no level required displayed but can't be learned #2

Description: Shield Slam has no level requirement and can be selected for 4 AE and click the learn button but it gets deselected and points are refunded. (was attempted up to level 7)

**How to reproduce:

  1. Have 4 AE
  2. On Classless Book select at any level Shield Slam
  3. Confirm that it was highlighted
  4. Click Learn button**

How it should work: Either learn the spell or display the level 10 requirement

Tried at level 7 with char that I discovered issue (only after lvl 10 it worked) and made a new one at lvl 1 and it is still not working. Maybe it has a internal check for lvl 10?

Now it says required level 10 correctly.
