[Warrior] Specialty warrior skills apply their cooldown to the other two #33

Description: Shield Slam , Bloodthirst and Mortal Strike all get the cooldown of the one in this set that was used.

**How to reproduce:

  1. Learn the 3 skills
  2. Use 1 of them
  3. Observe that it's cooldown is applied to the other 2**

How it should work: Not sure, the 3 in Cataclism were specialty selection skills but for classless I would hope to be able to mix and match them also.
