Description: Frozen herbs spawning in alterac mountains / ruins of alterac

How to reproduce: Go to ruins of alterac Observe frozen herbs

How it should work: Frozen Herbs are native to Northrend and need 400(i think) herbalism to pick

This is not a bug.

The Frozen Herb is an unknown herb that can be found in Dragonblight, Zul'Drak, Wintergrasp, The Nexus and the Ruins of Alterac of the Hillsbrad Foothills.

That said, it can be argued whether or not it make sense to have it spawn while player level cap is below 80.
