Some warrior spells aren't learnable #51

Description: Arms warrior spell Overpower isn't learnable Arms warrior spell Hamstring isn't learnable Prot warrior spell Rallying cry isn't learnable

Anecdotally ive seen other people use hamstring so unsure why i can't train it

How to reproduce: Try to learn either Watch the spell refund the AE and not get the spell

How it should work: Should be able to learn the spell
