Starter quests in starter zones don't exist anymore
How to reproduce:
Go to night elf or human (others might work too but didn't test rest)
Observe the lack of starter quest from the npcs
How it should work:
Should be able to pick up the quests

not 100% sure what the starter quest is called iirc there is one for each class
Originally on Shadowsong you would be able to pick up each quest from the first npc, but now he has 0 quests
