Broken launcher/install #60

Description: Was having issues in game and redownloaded launcher and reinstalled game. New launcher version fully installs but will not launch the game. If you try to launch the game from the .exe you get the following error.

"The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

How to reproduce:

Go to the website and try to install the client. Try to launch the game using the launcher and nothing will open, try to launch the program itself and you get the error message.

How it should work: Game should launch.

Tried using repair game. It does nothing. Tried reinstalling. Same issues

To be clear the broken launcher is the current launcher on the website, version 2.1.6. the previous launcher I was using and sadly do not have anymore was something like 1.9xx
