Does the game process exist in the task list? What version of the client are you on?
Try restaritng the client, then scrolling down to the footer and hit "Send System Report". Put a link back to this issue so I'd know what the report is for and i'll see if theres any additional info I can gather from there :)
The game process does not appear in task manager nor anywhere else I've checked. I don't know how to check to see what version of the client I'm on, but I'm assuming I'm on the latest version.
It seems like the client thinks that this package is in the process of updating/installing for some reason and tries resuming it at the time the client starts up and fails. It's not actually trying to launch the game, it just doesn't register that it failed to do so for some reason. I'm not sure what we can do about this right now, we're unable to schedule out a fix for this atm :(
We pushed a new client release with extended logging information. If the issue persists, try sending another system report. hopefully we'll be able to see whats up with in now.

Please describe the issue you are having One of my games, Final Nights 4, has been launching for the past several weeks and I don't know how to make it stop. I downloaded the low spec version of it, but I think it doesn't launch because Game Jolt is already trying to launch the original version of the game Is there a way I can make the original version stop running?
