Yeah! It happened to me too!
Can you scroll down to the footer of the client in the explore page. and hit the "Send system report?" Hopefully a useful error message about the update still exist in your logs. If not, this is going to be pretty much impossible to troubleshoot as it sounds like a problem with some specific setup.

I'm trying to update, error appears "Uh oh, the customer is having trouble updating!" And I click "Try rebooting" and after rebooting, the message I mentioned ago occurred, does it have a real update? I installed it again yesterday!
