Mark for new sticker always appears regardless if you got yourself a new sticker or not #1432

It has been like that since the special stickers for Halloween. Now I did expect this to get normal after the Halloween event was over, but that didn't happen... The bug lingered.

I believe this issue has been resolved in a recent PR - closing.
