Add to doc #9

The How-it-works.txt describes handling of vlan. Add the fact that the way it handles it, is by checking the traffic inside them.

I was not sure when reading the doc, so i quickly checked the source.

ACK - We will add that functionallity, to read the packets, and also write out the vlan in the logs. I Think that one level of vlans is enough though. I dont have any metro to test on, so..... and I guess thats not common in the most environments.
