OpenFTC as a whole is referred to as a library #21

Where is there misleading or incorrect information? It is located https://gm0.copperforge.cc/en/latest/docs/software/options-for-programming.html#id3.

What's wrong? OpenFTC is referred to as a library; rather, it is an organization; instead it should refer to individual OpenFTC projects (EasyOpenCV, OpenRC (probably as a seperate bullet), and RevExtensions2.

Libraries should also probably have links to their github pages.

Also remove DogeCV from the list of libraries, as it is no longer an active project.
