Add StemRobotics4All reference for SolidWorks CAD information + fix typo in Dassault Systèmes name. #424

I have added links to the free site https://stemrobotics4all.org which contains many useful FLL and FTC resources that I believe complement Game Manual 0's content in the CAD/SolidWorks respect.

I hope the GM0 team considers these and will eventually incorporate them.

I can fully vouch for the quality of the resources.

I noticed that the unicode check has failed - following some investigation, I cannot insert the è accented character in any other way (unicode insertion through raw html, putting the unicode value, etc do not seem to work). I hope that this is nonetheless admissible, as it would be incorrect to misspell the company name.
