Thanks for your research, I am interested in your research, but I can only find the released data mostly related to the BP term, I want to ask whether you plan to release other data set related to the CC term and MF term. Thanks.

Dear Dr. Xinghao,

I am currently retraining the Gamerino DeeProtGO model with different datasets to evaluate its performance. While this isn't my original work, I went ahead and retrained it using the Molecular Function (MF) data from the CAFA3 training set, which includes 3,576 proteins with GO annotations and 15,114 without.

I've uploaded everything to a GitHub repository if you would like to take a look:
