AV1 support #37

Added basic AV1 support for the upcoming Moonlight release, currently disabled by default.

Since I don't own a GPU that supports AV1 encoding, so I've only tested the SW based av1enc.
Unfortunately, it currently doesn't support forcing keyframes (see this issue); despite that I could successfully stream to the latest Moonlight-QT.
