I am experiencing a technical issue with the connection of my G8 Galileo gamepad to my Samsung S23 Ultra smartphone, running on Android 14. The gamepad, which had its firmware updated previously, initially connected without any issues to the smartphone via Bluetooth. However, the problem occurred after connecting the power cable.
Steps to Reproduce:
Successful connection of the G8 Galileo gamepad to the Samsung S23 Ultra via Bluetooth.
Connected the power cable to the gamepad during use.
After connecting the cable, the gamepad turned off and lost the ability to reconnect to the smartphone.
Tests Conducted:
1 The firmware update of the G8 Galileo gamepad was completed before the problem occurred.
2 The functionality of the gamepad was confirmed by connecting it with a USB-C cable to another device.
3 Attempts to reconnect the gamepad directly to the smartphone failed, with the device no longer being recognized.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remap and re-recognize the smartphone directly on the gamepad? I have also done the procedure of after connecting via cable to the smartphone and it recognizes it, connecting the usb c to the power supply, the home button has a steady green light... disconnecting the smartphone via cable from the gamepad while maintaining power and then connecting the smartphone directly on the gamepad and it still doesn't work... if anyone has a suggestion I'd appreciate it...
