Gamesir G5 cant connect #74

Hi , ive did all the steps accordingly , but i cant connect or play with my Samsung s20 Ultra , also try to do the FIrmware upgrade, but not able to click. Anyone can help?

I do have the same problem. After not having played my gamesir devices for awhile. I figured a way of solving this mapping issue by using Gamesir Activation tool but recently my computer turns off unexpectedly, and I tried 3x and it just turns off then I tried it on my laptop but it doesn't recognized the app even If I install it from their website. So, I went back here to check on my previous report because I also was suggested this option to upgrade the A3 and when I did this happened as well.

After, I select the file for update. then the button is not working.

Does anyone has any solution for this?
