this phone doesn't support G-touch #83

hi, im just bought your gamesir X2 type C yesterday and i have faces issues that my phone can not use G-touch on my phone with any game, the message appears: This phone does not supports G-touch mode at the moment, please use V-touch to play game. I'm Using xiaomi 11T (Chip Dimensity 1200, Android 12.5), for remapping and floating windows function, i believe my phone 100% supported this function, since im using other products such as Flydigi Wee 2T and their remapper works 100% on me. please solve this problem so i can play using your wonderfull product

For what I know it works ONLY sith snapdragon cpu phones. Any other phone you need to activate your phone through your PC or de A3/A4 remmaper, is a usb accessorie you can buy in their store.
