For the AI assistant, there are a couple of usability aspects that can be improved:
1) inconsistent naming: hover over displays "feedback assistant", button inciting the reviewer to solicit the assistant calls it another way and the feedback display screen calls him "Robot Pepper. All of these UI elements need to refer to the AI the same way - how about Robot Pepper?
2) Labels do not indicate clearly the role of the AI assistant. E.g. when hovering over the asistant, can we have something along the lines? "My name is Robot Pepper, I'm here to assist with the quality of feedback provided. Click for insights."
3) The placement of genAI makes it difficult to spot - we want the students to see it and use it. If the placement cannot be easily changed, could the icon change colours or some other type of animation so that it's obvious to see?
