As an instructor, I should have the possibility to create and load survey templates. A survey template is simply a survey structure along with its underlying questions. The objective is to be able to reuse a survey template across courses or assignments.
Currently, it's only possible to edit/modify the default template but it's not possible to have multiple templates coexist. A dropdown menu would be an appropriate UI component to manage/select templates. One of the entries could simply be "Create a new template".
