New CRAN release? #2

Mikis @mstasinopoulos, the current CRAN release version 5.1-7 still has your old londonmet.ac.uk e-mail address. Hence, it would probably be good to update the package with the GitHub version 5.1-8. I updated the DESCRIPTION of the latter using Authors@R as in gamlss and added NEWS.md and README.md.

It would be good to also address issue https://github.com/gamlss-dev/gamlss.tr/issues/1 before. Let me know if I can help with anything.

Version 5.1-9 of gamlss.tr was released to CRAN on 2024-01-30.

Argh, I just noticed: The version released to CRAN is not in sync with the version here on GitHub.

Please, please, backport the changes you made for the CRAN update here on GitHub and then make future updates from here. Otherwise we will have problems with out-of-sync versions all the time!
