@tibaldo @peger089 @zblz This is a draft of the email I plan to send to the PyGamma15 participants tomorrow morning.

Could you please read it and leave comments if some info is missing / superfluous / unclear?

Hi Christoph, the mail looks very good. At line 17 me -> us (I let my OCDs tickle here). One thing that would be very useful to add, either with the email or later on the program webpage, is a map of the MPI-K site with the different conference rooms, the bus stop and the canteen pinpointed.

@tibaldo – Agreed, but I don't have time. So either @peger089 adds this info to the webpage or here, or @tibaldo, maybe you even have time to add it?

@cdeil I will try to prepare it tomorrow and make sure with @peger089 that I am sending people to the right places
