Check gamma-cat against HESScat #14

We should write a script to check gamma-cat for completeness and agreement of values against the HESS source catalog (see https://github.com/gammapy/gamma-cat/blob/master/README_ABOUT.md#related-resources for links).

This is a low priority reminder issue, I'm putting it under the 1.0 milestone.

I'm closing this old issue. I think already now gamma-cat is way better than HESScat, and comparing is mostly a waste of time. We do need other maintainable ways to assess completeness of gamma-cat, and a way to note when new papers / results come out and updates are needed, but this will not be via HESScat.
