@cdeil - In this PR I filled out the detail view for 3FGL sources. Here is the printout:

Have a look and let me know what can be changed. Also, I think our Travis-CI builds are failing, I'll try to fix this...

In the most recent commits, I improved the layout for spectral model parameters (not just for 3FGL but for all catalogs). Here is what the Spectral Info category now looks like:

I'm merging this PR after tests pass...
