Add HAWC 2HWC catalog #89

Adding the HAWC 2HWC catalog to gamma-sky.net would be a nice addition.

See infos here: https://github.com/gammapy/gammapy/issues/887#issuecomment-322992469 which was the discussion leading to it added to gammapy.catalog (which is done).
