Update joint crab validation #58

This PR updates the joint crab validation using the branch https://github.com/gammapy/gammapy/pull/2817.

The change in the Fermi-LAT results are in fact an incorrect reference value. It's a know issue confirmed by @registerrier in private communication. He will release an updated version of the joint-crab reference as a separate fork that we will us in future for comparison.
