Update hess dl3 validation #59

This PR updates the dl3 validation after https://github.com/gammapy/gammapy/pull/2817.

There is a larger difference for the 3D flux points of PKS-2155 https://github.com/gammapy/gammapy-benchmarks/pull/59/files?short_path=a7d84b8#diff-a7d84b87e416a454253ce8b837388c6b

This is because of https://github.com/gammapy/gammapy/pull/2816, where the handling of the energy mask was changed.
