Fix bug in light curve benchmarks #64

The light curve benchmarks were not computing the covariance. This is now fixed

@Bultako : The warning in the spectral benchmarks is OK. It happens in the flux point computation for the highest energy bins.

Thanks @AtreyeeS I've tested locally with no errors, so merging now. For future PRs, please make sure you're working on last version of the scripts of this repo, doing a pull before starting modfis.
