Adding 2PC catalog files #43

This pull request adds the LAT 2PC catalog fits file and auxiliary files.

The catalog fits file is located in the main fermi directory of catalog. While the auxiliary files are stored in a directory "2PC_auxiliary" inside the fermi catalog directory.
