Add a "science application" section #2

This is a reminder to possibly add a Science Application section somewhere at the end of our paper, if we have enough space.

The section could e.g. notice the over-density of 3FGL sources in a specific region, investigate it and discuss possible interpretations.

It doesn't look like we have space on the paper, nor time to do this, so I'm closing this issue.
