Step 3 of fuff fixes: Fix D205

This PR fixes https://docs.astral.sh/ruff/rules/blank-line-after-summary/ :

Checks for docstring summary lines that are not separated from the docstring description by one blank line.

This required in some cases to reformulate the summary line of the docstring.

Removes also the "summary" section headers for applications, which are not part of the numpydoc convention (and not necessary).

(again, no real review is necessary...)
