Consistent naming of `simtel_path`

The variable for the simulation software source path is sometimes called simtel_path and sometimes simtel_source_path.

There are many statements like simtel_source_path=simtel_path.

This is confusing and this PR changes alle simtel_source_path to simtel_path with search and replace.

I would say that no line-be-line review is required as long as the test are successful. This is really just a search and replace effort.
