Review need of database backup #1069

There is a CI workflow for a backup of the database (by generating a dump and uploading it to DESY sync and share).

This is not necessary anymore after the integration of the derived parameters into the model parameter repository. After this, the database is a copy of the model parameter repository and no additional backups are needed.

Review the need of the backups (and remove the CI if not needed).
