MetadataCollector needs a review and updates for missing parts #1230

The class MetadataCollector collects and combines metadata from different simtools steps to describe generated data products.

The metadata generated missed a couple of items:

setting of instrument from args_dict not working
CONTEXT:ASSOCIATED_ELEMENTS is not correctly implemented
PRODUCT:DATA:MODEL:TYPE is not in the CTAO metadata definition (check again)
CONTACT:NAME uses username when running a tool. In the container, this user is always 'root' (do we need to change the user in the containers)?
CONTEXT:NOTES entry is empty
