Remove files in data/layout directory #959

Review after merge of #960

Standard array layouts are available since the merging of #947 through the database. This means the collection of 1 and 4-telescope layouts in data/layout is obsolete and removed with this merge request.

(minor changes in the plot_array integration tests are necessary to use as input files for tests/resources (which should anyone be the standard for test inputs)).
