Send transport script/animation data to other players in network games. #24

Remote players do not see transport animation for transport ships and hovercraft. Units dropped from a transport do not show in the correct location, they show initially as in the same location as the transport.

Transport script/animation data is not sent over the network.

It can take up to 52 seconds for transported units to be updated to their correct location.
