Change dropdown source #296

I want to change the gender dropdown source to a table. I thought I had done everything I needed to do, but the dropdown still pulls the old enum values. Is there a step-by-step somewhere? Also, any idea when iCE will be compatible with php 8?

Icehrm is now compatible with PHP 8.
