ICEHRM 503 Service Unavailable after restoring from backup #355

I lost my server and i restored from my backup. ICEHRM now shows 503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later!. how can i re-install without loosing the information or data i already have before? how can i solve this issues please!.
