Possible issue with indirect elm dependency in templates folder #6

I suspect elm-example-publisher is broken due to this: https://github.com/robinheghan/murmur3/commit/ec218ceddae5185d01e7eda33f1cb715da045671 Not sure what is the best way of fixing this though, so opening an issue rather than a pull request.

I noticed this. It is simply the default template though, so it should be easy to fix by simply updating in the docs/elm.json.
