Adding features to accuracy results plotting such as:

side by side plots for both LSUN/Celeba,
filtering the stats file for a specific batch size/ epoch count,
option to not show the plot,
Specifying max y-axis value
option to skip every second val accuracy measurement to make plot less overloaded

We should probably add documentation to the README on how to call this script.
