Fresh download today, 2014-09-16, brought down 1.9.10, update check says should be using 1.9.11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Downloaded from your site this morning google-cloud-sdk windows installer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was not expecting an update check to say I have the wrong version.

What is the output of 'gcloud info'?

Current: release: "1.9.10" timestamp 1407785464 ....
Latest: release: "1.9.11" timestamp 1409342482 ....

It would be nice if I the software updated itself or gave me an option to 
update it much like the chrome browser or provided a link to where one goes to 
update this software.

Also would be nice if I could cut and paste the "Update Check" window contents 
into this description.
