Unable to send email with attachment in Inbound mail service in Google APP Engine SDK #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I want to test my code in Google Engine SDK whether it can read an inbound mail 
attachment or not. I am able to test other attributes like sender, subject but 
there is no option to attach an attachment in Inbound email.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What is the output of 'gcloud info'?

Please provide any additional information below.
