Need to add more documentation in the user guide and other places. In particular, more examples are needed, both in the tests/examples directory and in the user guide.

Add far more python examples in userguide. Need some more for some missing features

Needs more work done on this. In particular, add some helpful info that was presented in the gandalf-school talks

Added section on units and scaling in userguide!
To-do : IO formats, generating initial conditions in C++, expansion of python section

See pull requests #40, #39 and #36. I guess the IC generation is still missing before we can close the issue? There is actually a section about it in the userguide
