Save data generated in analysis routines to file #12

Implement some command in the python libraries to allow any data generated for plots to also be saved to some external file (e.g. if someone wants to prepare their own figures or add that data to some other plots with another programme).

Code already exists (mainly). Probably needs a section in the documentation for 'advanced' use.

Essentially this feature now exists with the usage of the GetData function in the python library
