tint2 panel stays visible in fullscreen mode #2

situation: tint2 on openbox in conjunction with an app that displays fullscreen; Ubuntu precise 12.04, ccm svn from 15.April, tint2 0.11vn20111022, openbox 3.5.0-2ubuntu2, works as expected without ccm.

behavior: ccm activated, open an image file in eog. click fullscreen. tint2 panel is shown, regardless of the fullscreen image behind.

expected behaviour: tint2 panel is moved to back, fullscreen image displayed without a panel in front.

Issue78 on tint2's google code page implies that this is not an error of tint2.
